• Credentials you grant for platforms we manage together (Google, hosting, CRM, ad networks).
• Support history such as tickets, comments, or annotated Loom videos.

How we use the information

• To send project updates, milestone reminders, and reporting you opt into.

Analytics, cookies & third parties

We use Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager to understand how visitors engage with our site. These tools set first-party cookies and may process anonymised IP addresses. We do not sell or rent your information. Hosting and infrastructure providers (like WP Engine, Google Workspace, and AWS) process data strictly to support the services we deliver.

You can disable analytics cookies using your browser preferences or opt out of GA4 tracking with the Google opt-out add-on.

Data retention & security

• Project files stay in encrypted cloud storage with least-access permissions.
• We retain analytics and form submissions only as long as needed to serve your account or legal obligations.
• Credentials are stored in a password manager with multi-factor authentication.
• If a breach ever impacts your data, we notify you promptly with remediation steps.
